Balsamic Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Package McCormickยฎ Grill Matesยฎ Garlic, Herb & Wine Marinade Seasoning Mix

  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil

  • 2 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoon Water

  • 1 Teaspoon McCormickยฎ Whole Rosemary Leaves

  • 1 Teaspoon Frenchโ€™sยฎ Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle

  • 2 Pound Bone-in lamb loin or blade chops, trimmed

Directions

1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar, water, rosemary and mustard in small bowl. Place lamb chops in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3. Grill over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
