We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly replace any item that does not meet our high-quality standards.
- If you wish to return a wine or product that is damaged or flawed*, we will process a reshipment of the affected items at no additional cost to you.
- If you receive incorrect items or are missing items from your order, we will process a reshipment of the corrected items at no additional cost to you.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted wines or other items. However, if you are not satisfied with your wine, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase for WineShop At Home store credit for the amount paid (less applicable shipping and taxes).
- Store credit can only be used towards the purchase of items offered for sale at www.wineshopathome.com. Store credit has no expiration, no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person. Store credit will be issued via email, to the email address associated with the original order.
- Please submit your return request here or you may contact us at 1-800-946-3746 or help@wineshopathome.com to arrange for the reshipment of damaged or missing items, or to request store credit. All return and reshipment requests must include a photo attachment for evaluation by our Wine Team before your request can be processed.
- All return and reshipment requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Wine Tasting Samplers
- Option 1: The Host of the Wine Tasting can choose to keep the Sampler wines and be charged regular retail for the wines, minus the $59.95 Sampler price.
- Option 2: The Host of the Wine Tasting can return a Sampler within 14 days of purchase for a full refund as long as the Sampler is intact (less applicable shipping, taxes and a $40 Tasting Cancellation fee).
Essentials Pack
- You may return your Essentials Pack and applicable add-ons within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (less applicable shipping and taxes) if the items are intact. After 14 days, you may return your Essentials Pack for up to 90% for new and unused items. You are responsible for shipping all items back to us and you are required to pay the shipping costs to do so.
Wine Consultant Monthly Membership Fee
- We do not accept refunds or offer store credit for unused months of pre-paid or monthly Wine Consultant Membership Fees.
*Damaged/Flawed: Sediment or crystals in the wine are a natural occurrence and not an indication of spoilage. Each bottle of wine is unique and may carry individual characteristics.
Age Policy
Wine may be sold and shipped only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing an order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. Upon delivery, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. All orders legally require Driver’s License, Military, Passport or State ID.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment was undeliverable and returned to us and you wish to have it sent out again to the same or different address, applicable shipping rates and taxes will apply, plus a $30 restocking fee.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed for more than 7 business days after the ship date, please contact us.
Cancellations
We will cancel any order that has not yet been processed for shipping for a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact our Customer Service team to complete this request. If your order has already been processed for shipping fulfillment, a return request will have to be processed.
Substitutions
WineShop At Home reserves the right to substitute wines or items of similar type, quality and value for wines or items that have sold out.
Re-routing
A $21.00 rerouting fee will be billed per package that needs to be rerouted to a different address while in transit. If rerouted to a carrier pick-up location, no rerouting fee will be charged. Wine cannot be rerouted across state lines.

Regular Orders & Personalized Wine Shipments
Orders placed Monday-Friday can ship as early as the next business day or up to 4 business days after the date of purchase. Personalized Wine orders may require up to 10 business days to ship, allowing for custom wine label creation and hand application. If you choose to have WineShop At Home assist with the creation of your label, the wine will typically ship within 10 business days of final approval of your label. Orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Depending on your state and shipping zone, orders can take 5 or more business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available per our shipping chart.
Wine Club Shipments
Wine Clubs are billed to your credit card on the first of the month to assure the special, individual allocation of your wines from our regular wine orders. Your Wine Club typically ships by mid-month. Depending on your shipping zone, in some cases, it can take more than 5 business days to arrive. Wine Clubs ship via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Holiday Season Shipping Policy
During the peak holiday season, we may not be able to ship in our standard 4-business-day window. If you have an item intended for holiday delivery, be sure to place your order as soon as possible. Our ground shipping holiday cut-off dates are an approximation based upon the major carrier ground shipping schedule and apply to regular retail orders only, not Wine Club shipments, Samplers or Personalized Wines. Both ground and expedited shipments are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to weather, the volume of shipments, FedEx/UPS delays or other possible service disruptions.
