DIRECTIONS:Make a simple syrup by adding sugar and 1 cup water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and set aside. Pour cold water, lemon juice, lemon slices and simple syrup into a large pitcher and stir well. Pour lemonade into glasses, filling about 1/2 to 2/3 the way full. 1/4 cup of agave nectar (or substitute with your favorite sweetener) 1 orange, sliced DIRECTIONS:Put 1 sliced orange, 4 cups of white wine, 1/2 cup of orange juice or orange liqueur and 1/4 cup of sweetener into a pitcher and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Right before serving, add 1 bottle of sparkling wine and pour into chilled glasses. 1/2 cup water Juice from 1 lemon 2 plums6 Thyme sprigs (plus additional sprigs for garnish)DIRECTIONS:Make a thyme simple syrup by adding thyme sprigs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and set aside. Peel and chop 1 1/2 plums and muddle with the simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and pour an even amount over crushed ice in glasses.
