Hocus Pocus Fizz

Try this delicious Hocus Pocus Fizz cocktail with sparkling and white wine. Find the perfect sparkling wine here and white wine here.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chilled bottle of sparkling wine

  • 1 Cup Pineapple juice

  • 1/2 Cup White rum or white wine

  • 1/4 Teaspoon McCormick® Coconut Extract

  • 3 Drops McCormick® Red Food Color

  • 2 Drops McCormick® Yellow Food Color

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except sparkling wine and chill well.

2. Pour 2 ounces of the mixture into each glass.

3. Top with 4 ounces of sparkling wine.

4. Optional: To rim glasses with black sugar, combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract and 15 drops McCormick® Black Food Color. Moisten rims of glasses in water and dip into sugar mixture to coat.
