Ingredients

  • 1 Bottle of chilled sparkling wine

  • 1 Tablespoon Campari or lime juice

  • 1 Ruby red grapefruit, plus additional slices as garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Juice 1 ruby red grapefruit and mix with 1 tablespoon of Campari or lime juice.

2. Pour an even amount into glasses and top with sparkling wine.

3. Serve with slices of grapefruit as garnish.
